Cycling is fun and convenient, but what do you do if cycling isn't going well yet? Or if you've never been on a bike before? Then come to the community centre for cycling lessons! Do you fancy learning to ride a bike? Or can you already cycle a bit and want to learn to do it better? Then sign up for the cycling lessons for adults at the Bilgaard community centre.

Cycling lessons are fun!

Each lesson starts with a theory section. Then we name bike parts and learn traffic signs and traffic rules. We do this in a room in the community centre, over a cup of tea or coffee. Volunteers from the Cyclists' Union give these lessons. They are qualified cycling teachers and cycling coaches. You learn the art of cycling and how to participate safely in traffic.
