Youth Land 2026
Jeugdland is the KWIL Foundation’s largest event. Every year, Jeugdland takes place during the last week of the summer holidays at the Nijlân sports ground. In 2026, we will be organising the 38th edition. Children aged 6 to 12 can take part in all sorts of activities every day for a whole week. Volunteers supervise the 150–450 children during these activities.
Besides the times mentioned, there is an evening programme on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 19.00 to 23.00 with the possibility of staying overnight.
Particulars:

- Inform the Head Lead of any particularities, such as (dye) allergies, use of medication, behavioural problems, etc. Then the management will take this into account. You can do this at the information desk at the box office.

- Make sure your child does not wear expensive and/or new clothes during the week and leave valuables and money at home.

- Give your child a hammer on Monday to build huts.

- Please provide your child with swimwear and clean clothes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

- If your son or daughter does not have a swimming certificate, please provide swimming straps.

- Put your name, address and phone number on all items (think clothes, bread trays and tools).

- Please give your child your phone number so that we can reach you.

- Evening programme: You collect your child first in the afternoon, At 7pm you bring your child, and then collect him/her again at 11pm unless they stay overnight.
