Seniors’ Café
Well prepared for the future!
In a friendly and informal atmosphere, we discuss topics that are important as we get older. During the meetings, we cover a range of topics, such as:
- Online and physical safety
- Physical and mental health
- Loneliness and social contacts
- Money matters and finances
- Informal care
- Structure to the day, a sense of purpose and daytime activities
- Estate
Guest speakers regularly join us, such as police officers, a dietitian, a physiotherapist, a member of the informal carers’ team and a WMO adviser. They provide information and answer questions.
