Would you like to work at a shipyard? Stadswerf Leeuwarden is collaborating with Amaryllis’s ‘Ontmoeten en Meedoen’ programme. 

What can you do?

At Stadswerf Leeuwarden, you can carry out maintenance and repair work on wooden, fibreglass and steel boats. This may also involve sanding, painting and welding. The work varies from day to day. What a typical day at the shipyard looks like depends on what you want to learn and what jobs are available.  

Meeting and participating

Under the name 'Meeting and participating’ Amaryllis offers activities for one or more half-days a week. These are fun and meaningful ways to spend the day, with a focus on socialising and getting involved. Through the ‘Onmoeten en Meedoen’ programme, we work in partnership with Stadswerf Leeuwarden. Stadswerf Leeuwarden provides the supervision itself.
