Volunteer Festival 2026

The Volunteering Festival is the perfect place to get a feel for the atmosphere at various organisations and to find out what sort of volunteering opportunities are available. Pop in and have a chat with one of the 70 organisations taking part. The Volunteering Festival is for anyone who’s curious about volunteering in the municipality of Leeuwarden.

Discover a range of organisations working in the fields of culture, care and wellbeing, socialising, animals, health, exercise, language and nature, and much more. There’s always something to make you happy and where you can make a difference.

We look forward to seeing you on Friday 23 October, from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm at De Harmonie. Admission is free.
