A walking companion for wheelchair users to go for a walk with Dad once a week

I am looking for someone for my father, who lives in Skilhiem, Stiens, who would be willing to go for a short walk once a week on a fixed day at 2.30 pm. 

Moves around indoors with a rollator and outdoors in a wheelchair, but is unable to propel the wheelchair themselves.

Pushing can be hard work; Dad weighs between 74 and 80 kg.

Experience of working with older people would be an advantage.
