Traveling along for eye surgery

Ivm an eye operation in Utrecht, I am looking for someone to travel with me, as I am not allowed to take public transport alone. This is because I have to go under anaesthetic. The operation will be somewhere in May or June. The treatment will take an hour. It would be very helpful for me if someone would go with me. As for the date, I am waiting to hear from the doctor
