Seniors’ Café

Seniors’ Café

Well prepared for the future!

In a friendly and informal atmosphere, we discuss topics that are important as we get older. During the meetings, we cover a range of topics, such as:

  • Online and physical safety
  • Physical and mental health
  • Loneliness and social contacts
  • Money matters and finances
  • Informal care
  • Structure to the day, a sense of purpose and daytime activities
  • Estate

Guest speakers regularly join us, such as police officers, a dietitian, a physiotherapist, a member of the informal carers’ team and a WMO adviser. They provide information and answer questions.

Programme for 2026:

15 September: Opening
29 September: Dialogue: looking after yourself and one another
13 October: Traditional Dutch games
10 November: Healthy ageing
24 November: Is your health insurance still right for you?
8 December: Week of Connection
22 December: Christmas theme

Everyone is welcome. Whether you’re looking for information, want to meet other people or are simply curious about the topics: together we’ll make these gatherings inspiring and, above all, enjoyable.
