Everyone cycles

One in nine Dutch children does not have access to a bicycle. Even in our own municipality, there are still many children who cannot cycle to school, or cannot do so safely. This is often a financial issue. Iedereen Fietst wants to ensure that every child has a bicycle. Because this helps them get further, both literally and figuratively. We work in partnership with several workshops in the municipality of Leeuwarden. Here, second-hand bikes are refurbished and distributed. Iedereen Fietst is one of the cycling projects run by the Fietsen Alle Jaren Fryslân foundation.
