Omroep Zilt is the local broadcaster for the municipalities of Waadhoeke and Harlingen in noordwesr Friesland

With a team of six professionals and over 100 volunteers, we deliver news on all social media channels every day and broadcast radio programmes 24 hours a day. At Omroep Zilt, there is always room for people with a passion for radio making and journalism. Age and experience play no role, we teach you the tricks of the trade in practice. You can decide how much time you want to devote to this wonderful hobby. Do you want to be a presenter behind the microphone, a technician at the controls, on the road as a reporter, a sports reporter, a photographer or are you an expert in writing news items? People with a distance to the labour market can in many cases find a suitable use of their time with us.
