Repair Café Leeuwarden Huizum-west / Gerard Dou

Repair Café Leeuwarden Gerard Dou / Huizum-west is open every two weeks on Friday afternoons in the Huizum-west neighbourhood building.

Because sustainability is important to us, our volunteers work selflessly to repair (minor) defects to appliances etc. with you, or for you, under the motto: “Throw away? No way!”

You can contact us for:

• Repairs of (household) appliances
• Repair of tools
• Repairs of clothing

but also for:

• Information and installation of Linux on Windows laptops and PCs.
• Help using Linux
• Cleaning up and donating discarded (functioning) laptops to students without money

We can make good use of handy volunteers for our activities. A little technical insight and 2 right hands will do.
