Windpower 058 is a partnership of Aardema Care Group, INN care and YOU Central.

From 1 January 2021, we will be responsible for the additional support WMO in the municipality of Leeuwarden. We are currently working with 27 core partners to deliver the additional support through tailor-made services. The basis of the care request and set goals come from the perspective meeting held with the Amaryllis social worker. Based on this, WindKracht058 chooses which organisation will carry out the care.
