Will you, as a biker, make a difference?
Will you, as a biker, make a difference?
At events, every second counts. As a cyclist, you’ll be the first on the scene: fast, flexible and right at the heart of the action. We’re looking for first-aiders for the Friesland Bike Team who want to develop their skills further. You’ll work as part of an enthusiastic team, receive additional training and, together, ensure that participants and the public receive prompt assistance.
What will you do?
As a cyclist, you’ll be an Event First Aider on a bike. As well as your role as an Event First Aider, you’ll be trained to ride a (mountain) bike safely and efficiently. This will enable you to react quickly and provide the right assistance.
You will always be working alongside experienced and dedicated team members. To maintain your qualifications and skills, you will take part in the compulsory annual refresher training and ensure you work a sufficient number of hours (at least 52 hours).
Interested?
If this sounds like something for you, please apply by sending your CV and a short covering letter to tvm.noord@rodekruis.nl Please quote ‘Biketeam Friesland’.
