Teacher at B3 School

Our school is a B3 school with a focus on the development of the whole child. We offer a safe and inclusive environment where there is room for spirituality and personal religious beliefs. We believe in the importance of happiness, nature, play, experiences, health and physical activity, whilst paying particular attention to the connection between mind, heart and hands.

We have an open-minded approach, but we do want to draw a line by not burdening children with the cultural and political views of the moment, such as political activism, gender debates and polarising social debates.

You will have the unique opportunity to play a part in setting up a new, small-scale B3 school. As part of our vision, you will have the freedom to contribute ideas and help shape the lessons, activities and support provided.

​Working with children in line with our vision requires you to develop new ways of thinking and teaching. 

​We are looking for a dedicated teacher for our B3 school. You will be required to be physically present at our school for 1 to 3 half-days.

*​We are not looking for a teacher in the traditional sense, but for a mentor whose focus is on mindful presence.

​*You help to create an environment in which children feel truly safe and can be happy.
