Jabikshof in Goutum is Noorderbreedte's newest residential care home. From this location, we provide care to residents with dementia. Jabikshof was built to provide a pleasant, safe and homely living environment, where everyone can and may be themselves. The residential care centre is part of the neighbourhood. Within Jabikshof, there are 12 groups including two residential groups for residents suffering from early onset dementia.

For some residents of the Jabikshof, I am looking for a buddy.

Do you enjoy having one-to-one contact and going for a walk together, having tea/coffee in your own room or just catching up? Then you are the person I am looking for. You will agree with the resident when you will visit.

A meaningful and valued leisure activity, gaining new contacts and an opportunity to gain experience with this target group.

You are motivated and have an affinity with the target group.
