Content creator
Description
Creative minds wanted!
The Fries Landbouwmuseum will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2026. With a new direction, focusing on food and social themes, we are building on the future. With major exhibitions and a lively public programme, we are looking for creators who will use their creativity to communicate the museum and create content.
As content creator, you will bring the museum to life on social media. You will capture moments in photos, reels and short videos, translate stories into catchy posts and web texts and make sure the content calendar is filled and executed. So you see your work reflected in what visitors experience online and in the museum.
What does the organisation offer the volunteer?
You will gain practical museum experience within a small and close-knit team and have the opportunity to follow courses or training. You will work together with enthusiastic colleagues and meet new people in the cultural and heritage sector. This way, you build valuable contacts and a strong reference within the sector. Every year, we organise a joint activity with all volunteers. Naturally, there is an expense allowance.
What does the organisation ask of the volunteer?
You feel committed to culture and heritage and enjoy making an active contribution. You are enthusiastic, take initiative and use your creativity to make ideas and stories visible. You enjoy working both independently and with others. We will discuss when and how often you are available. Experience is welcome, but not a requirement.
