Do you want to give direction to our communications?

Autism Digital is looking for an autistic volunteer who keeps an overview, connects people and wants to help build our online community. 

As sector head of communications, you have a central role within our organisation. You help think about how we communicate via social media, website and other publicity, and help ensure that everything fits together. You don't have to do it all yourself: you work together with three coordinators who each pull their own section. 

What are the tasks?

-You oversee social media, publicity and website/ICT.
-You ensure that plans and ideas are actually implemented.
-You will help think about how Autism Digital remains visible and accessible.
-You regularly coordinate with the other team leaders and coordinators.
-You will chair or take minutes of online meetings with coordinators (approx. one hour). 

-You will work with other adults with autism.
-You will have the space to lead in your own way.
-You will work in an organisation geared to people with autism.
-You can help think about the future of our communications.
-You can do this volunteering from home, from anywhere in the Netherlands or Belgium. All contact takes place via e-mail, WhatsApp and Teams.

-You belong to our target group (you have autism and are 18+).
-You have experience in leading a (small) team.
-You like to keep an overview and support people. 
-You communicate clearly and pleasantly.
-You want to make a long-term commitment to our organisation.
