As a Hostess/Host you are the friendly face that greets and supports visitors. You not only serve coffee and tea, but also engage in conversation to find out what the visitor needs. Whether it is questions about membership, work, income, career or tax, you are on hand with information and help.

• Membership of the FNV or willingness to become a member.
