Infomatrice & Ticket seller

Are you hospitable, spontaneous and enjoy giving people a warm welcome? 
Leeuwarden's Praamvaren Foundation is looking for a representative shop lady for ticket sales and informing visitors.

What will you do?
As a shop lady, you are the first face visitors see. Together with a team of some 22 enthusiastic ladies, you work alternately in pairs in our cosy shop. You take care of:

• Ticket sales for the tours
• Providing information to tourists, day visitors and residents of the city
• A welcoming reception for anyone curious about a scenic cruise through Leeuwarden
• You will help visitors on their way, answer questions and be happy to share fun tips about the city and our pram tours.

• A cosy workplace in the middle of the city

• Varied work with lots of contact with people
• A place where your hospitality really makes a difference
• Your availability can be indicated and is subject to consultation

We are looking for a lady who:

• Is presentable and friendly
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Likes to work together
• Enthusiastic about tourism and the city of Leeuwarden
• Some understanding of computer work.
