Make the city greener at ’t Tûntsje

Would you like to help create a green, welcoming and biodiverse meeting place? We’re looking for volunteers from all over the city who’d like to lend a hand every now and then at ’t Tûntsje.

The garden is currently undergoing a major makeover. Anyone who’d like to is welcome to contribute ideas for the new layout or lend a hand with the refurbishment, but it’s not compulsory. We’re mainly looking for people who’d like to help with the upkeep.

The work involves light gardening tasks, such as weeding and small maintenance jobs. You decide for yourself when to come.

We also organise a few social events together a few times a year.

Together, we’ll create a lovely green space for local residents, for animals such as hedgehogs, birds and other city dwellers.

Green fingers or good ideas? Join ’t Tûntsje! 🌱🐦

A lovely spot to get stuck in outdoors, where you can spend your time however you like. An opportunity to contribute ideas and get involved in future activities.

We think it’s important that you enjoy getting stuck into gardening and have a bit of knowledge about it.
