Give books a voice

For people who are blind or visually impaired, an audiobook opens up a world of stories, knowledge and inspiration. With your voice, you can make that world accessible.

Do you have a pleasant reading voice, do you enjoy reading, and do you like delving into different kinds of books? If so, we’re looking for you.

As a volunteer narrator, you record books for people who are unable to read or find reading difficult. You’ll work on a wide range of titles: from novels and biographies to Christian literature and non-fiction. In this way, you’ll help readers enjoy stories and information that would otherwise be difficult for them to access.

- Training and travel allowance for journeys of up to 40 kilometres.
- You may keep the book you’ve read aloud in the studio once the session is over.
