Treasurer
Description
Museum de Grutterswinkel is looking for a treasurer as soon as possible due to the departure of the current officer. The duties include preparing a budget and annual accounts. Managing and administering the finances of the shop, the coffee shop and the museum, in cooperation with the shop manager, are also part of the duties.
The current board currently consists of four people. The names are listed on our site. Meetings are held about six times a year. These are usually held on Tuesday afternoons at the Grutterswinkel. In addition, there are 2 volunteer meetings.
What does the organisation offer the volunteer?
We offer the new treasurer a friendly environment with some 35-40 highly committed volunteers.
Furthermore, board members and volunteers receive a Christmas package at the end of the year and an annual volunteer outing is organised.
What does the organisation ask of the volunteer?
We require commitment and motivation from volunteers.
Preferably, our volunteers live in Leeuwarden or immediate surroundings.
From the treasurer, we expect affinity and experience with finance and accounting knowledge.
