Driver
Vacancy: Passenger transport driver (m/f)
50|50 Workcenter - Salvation Army | Leeuwarden region
At the Salvation Army's 50|50 Workcenter, we believe everyone is talented. Our participants are often at a distance from the labour market and each of them has his or her own story. In a safe and practical working environment, they work on structure, self-confidence and future prospects.
We are looking for a committed and reliable driver to transport our participants.
What will you do?
As a driver, you will ensure that our participants arrive safely and on time at their workplace as well as back home. Your duties will include:
Picking up and bringing home participants from a Salvation Army sheltered housing facility in Sneek;
Picking up some participants within the city, who are not (well) able to walk themselves;
Driving according to a fixed route and schedule;
Providing a calm, respectful and personalised approach during transport.
You are the first and last contact moment of the day for many participants - your attitude really makes a difference.
Every now and then we also have a drive with equipment to another location or production work pick up or drop off at our collaboration partners.
Interested?
Would you like to contribute to a safe and stable day start for our participants?
If so, we cordially invite you to respond.
