We are looking for a home visit coordinator for the Zonnebloem Leeuwarden team. Duties include:

• introductory interviews with potential volunteers and participants in the neighbourhood
• matching participants and volunteers for home visits (buddy) . Hereby taking into account the wishes and hobbies of both.
• registering the volunteers and participants in our system
• maintain regular contact around home visits (is everything going according to plan, is the "click" still there? )
• coordination with fellow coordinators in the municipality 
• trying to meet the needs of the target group via demand-oriented work 

• Varied volunteering.
• A kick-off workshop to get well informed about the Sunflower.
• Support through (job-specific) workshops and theme meetings.
• The Zonnebloem reimburses expenses incurred.
• You will do the job from home. 

• Organisational qualities.
• Socially competent / good interpersonal skills. 
• Working well together.
• Having an eye for the needs of the target group.
• Able to supervise volunteers.
