First aid workers

Are you our new enthusiastic relief worker who is not afraid of dirty hands and enjoys working at the craziest times? Do you think good emergency assistance is as important as we do and are you a real team player? Would you like to gain practical experience in first aid and assistance? Then volunteer event relief might be something for you. First Aid Leeuwarden provides first aid at numerous events in the municipality of Leeuwarden. We do this with teams of educated and trained volunteers. From fainting to concussion and from sports injuries to alcohol and drug-related injuries: as an event first aider you are able to provide first aid in all cases. You will gain a lot of practical experience as a result, as well as learning to work in a team and collaborate with the professional emergency services. The role: -You will be deployed with one or more first aiders at small and large events -Providing first aid -Conducting independent life-saving operations -Supporting ambulance staff -Most shifts are at weekends
