Host/hostess at cultural events
As a host or hostess, your duties might include the following:
- Welcoming performers, speakers and visitors to the church, and preparing and serving coffee, tea and other drinks.
- Hosting family and guests at the reception in our Voorhof hall, following weddings and funerals held in the church.
What does the organisation offer the volunteer?
- A friendly atmosphere amongst the volunteers, with a special outing once a year.
- Free admission to all events organised by the church
What does the organisation ask of the volunteer?
A minimum commitment of at least 4 hours per month
