Autism expert wanted with consultation skills

Autisme Netwerk Noord is a collaborative platform for organisations working in the fields of treatment, support, care, housing, education and employment. Together, we gain new insights into autism and share our experiences. We are looking for people with lived experience who would like to help us with this.

What are the tasks?
- You will rotate in the provincial platform in Friesland. This means that you:

* attends a face-to-face meeting four times a year somewhere in the province of Friesland. The meeting involves staff from the organisations affiliated with the autism network. The motto is: ‘Together, we know more than we do on our own.’ You will represent the voice of people with autism on the various agenda items.
* You will be added to the mailing list for affiliated staff. You will help to respond to the enquiries received by the platform. These are usually enquiries from people with autism or their carers. 

-You’ll meet and work alongside staff from a wide range of organisations. This will help you gain a better understanding of the healthcare landscape in the Northern Netherlands.
-In consultation with the coordinator of the network, you determine your hours commitment. You work from
home using your own computer.
-You will receive the maximum volunteer allowance.
-You get to know the other experts by experience in the autism network. 

You will be carrying out work for Autisme Netwerk Noord, but will be employed as a volunteer by Stichting Autisme Digitaal. They will provide you with a volunteer agreement, the
volunteer allowance, travel allowance and you are insured. After two months' probation, it is necessary to apply for a VOG. The coordinator of Autism Network North directs the work.

You know the importance of experiential knowledge and/or you are taking or have completed a training course in experiential expertise.
