Chairman of the Zonnebloem board

As a Zonnebloem volunteer, together with over 33,000 other volunteers, you form the basis of our association. Together, you work towards one goal: giving people with a physical disability an unforgettable time.

The Leeuwarden East branch involves 90 guests and 30 volunteers.

Duties include:

• Preparing and chairing general and board meetings.
• Communicate the department's vision and ambition.
• Develop and maintain relevant network and collaborative relationships.
• Ensuring proper division of labour within the board.

You will be part of an enthusiastic board where your own input is appreciated.

We are looking for an empathetic volunteer with empathy. You will work closely on the board and also interact with volunteers. Equality is paramount. In addition, you have the following competences:

• Accurate and orderly.
• Communication skills in the Dutch language.
• Be able to delegate
• Goal-oriented and decisive action.
• Able to create a good atmosphere.
