Volunteer Hostess at Phoenix Voices

Help us give a warm welcome

For the Phoenix Voices project, we are looking for a welcoming volunteer who is keen to give participants a warm and safe welcome.

As a hostess, you’ll welcome participants, have a chat, help new visitors find their way around and ensure a relaxed atmosphere. You’ll be a key point of contact and help create a space where women feel welcome.

What do we offer?
You’ll become part of a warm and dedicated team and make a valuable contribution to a special project for women. You’ll work in an inspiring environment, meet new people, gain experience and receive plenty of recognition for your efforts. Naturally, we’ll ensure a pleasant atmosphere, good support and coffee or tea during the workshops.

We are looking for someone who:

Is welcoming and friendly.
He’s a good listener.
Enjoys meeting people from different backgrounds.
The workshops take place on Saturdays at Ruim / TOON in Leeuwarden.

Someone who can be present on Saturdays (or for part of the day, by arrangement)
Part 1: 12, 19 and 26 September, 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 October 2026.
Part 2: 7, 14, 21 and 28 November, 5, 12 and 19 December 2026.
