Volunteer coordinator

Liaise with and coordinate a diverse group of people who do voluntary activities for the Cyclists' Union in the Municipality of Leeuwarden, in either loose or fixed roles. You are basically a broker of tasks and jobs

Job description: - In cooperation with the local Cycling Association department, identify which activities or actions are desirable. - Keeping in touch with active members and other volunteers and therefore knowing: what (kind of) activities would they like to do? What do they need for this and what can they do? What keeps them inspired? - Matching the right volunteers to the right job, and coordinating the efforts. - Keeping active people enthusiastic and recruiting new volunteers.
