Volunteer to do the weekly shopping
We are looking for someone to accompany a friendly, elderly lady into the village on a weekly basis (sometimes every other week) to do her shopping. Occasionally, this may also involve popping into the optician’s, a clothes shop, etc.
She is friendly and is very good at saying what she wants.

You make contact easily and are friendly in your dealings.
Physically capable of propelling a wheelchair. Ms has a wheelchair with electric assistance, which makes propelling it very easy.
