Walking buddy

Jabikshof in Goutum is Noorderbreedte's newest residential care home. From this location, we provide care to residents with dementia. Jabikshof was built to provide a pleasant, safe and homely living environment, where everyone can and may be themselves. The residential care centre is part of the neighbourhood. Within Jabikshof, there are 12 groups including two residential groups for residents suffering from early onset dementia.

For some residents, independently walking or wheelchair-bound, I am looking for walking buddy to take a lovely outdoor walk once or twice a week, enjoy being outdoors and strike up a conversation. The walk can also be organised in groups.

A meaningful and valued leisure activity, gaining new contacts.
