Workshop leader Well Prepared

Workshop leader Well Prepared

Description

The Netherlands is a safe country, but emergencies such as power cuts, floods or extreme heat can happen here too. That is why it is important that people know how to prepare themselves. Do you want to contribute to a resilient society? Then we are looking for you!

What will you do?
As an educator/workshop leader, you will give interactive workshops and information sessions in Groningen, Friesland and Drenthe, teaching participants how to prepare for emergencies. With the game Geen Nood! you make risks transparent and help people put together a tailor-made emergency kit in an accessible way.

You give the workshop on demand to various target groups. You do this, for example, in a community centre, at the library or at associations.

Everyone leaves with practical tips to apply immediately at home as well. Then, when something really happens, people feel more confident and resilient.

A workshop lasts 1.5 to 2 hours. You will deliver at least 8 workshops per year, preferably in the province where you live, and you will help prepare your own workshops.
