Amaryllis will keep your personal data for a maximum of five years.

Amaryllis does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it to third parties if there is a valid basis for doing so with, for example, voluntary organisations. With companies that process your data on our behalf, Amaryllis enters into a processing agreement to ensure the same level of data security and confidentiality. Amaryllis remains responsible for this processing.

View, modify or delete data

This means that you can request us to send the personal data we have on you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you.  

Send your request to your contact orinfo@amaryllisleeuwarden.nl. To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks.
