Welcome! Thank you for volunteering in the municipality of Leeuwarden. To request and receive your gift, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By requesting a gift, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. General

  • This offer is for volunteers active in the municipality of Leeuwarden who have applied for the volunteer gift.
  • The gift is offered by the Leeuwarden municipality and Amaryllis Volunteering.
  • The offer applies to volunteers who have registered their commitment via the page created for that purpose at www.samenleeuwarden.nl/bedanktvoorjouwinzet

2. Application for the gift

  • You can request the code for a gift until 1 December.
  • To request the code, fill in the form on the page provided. www.samenleeuwarden.nl/bedanktvoorjouwinzet
  • After submitting your application, you will receive around 15 December A confirmation e-mail with a unique gift code and further instructions on how to redeem your gift.
  • The code cannot be requested by an organisation for its volunteer(s), but only by the volunteer himself. Of course, as an organisation, you can alert your volunteer(s) to this action.

3. Gift options

  • The gift consists of a gift voucher or a composite package of participating local entrepreneurs in Leeuwarden.
  • The choice of gift depends on the availability of participating entrepreneurs. There is a wide choice, and you can choose a gift that suits you best.
  • The gift can only be redeemed at the local entrepreneurs participating in this initiative. The list of participating entrepreneurs can be found on the website where the code can be entered in due course.

4. Using the gift code

  • The gift code that you receive is personal and non-transferable.
  • You can use the code one-off use to redeem your gift.
  • The code is valid until 14 February 2026. After 14 February, the code will expire and cannot be redeemed.
  • One code can be requested per person. The amount of volunteering does not affect this.

5. Limitations and Exceptions

  • The gift code cannot be converted into cash.
  • The offer is not redeemable for other gifts or products.
  • Participation is only possible for volunteers who are active volunteers in the municipality of Leeuwarden.
  • If the chosen gift is not available, no replacement gift can be offered. However, we try to offer as many alternatives as possible.

6. Privacy

  • The details you provide when you apply will only be used for providing your gift code and will not be shared with third parties, unless necessary for the fulfilment of the gift offer.

7. Liability

  • The Leeuwarden municipality and Amaryllis are not liable for any damage, loss or incorrect delivery of the gift or gift code.
  • The municipality of Leeuwarden and Amaryllis reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time, without prior notice, if unforeseen circumstances arise.
