Boost Homework Support Leeuwarden East

BOOST supports secondary school youngsters with their homework. The starting point is that young people live in Leeuwarden East.
We work with trained volunteers, (former) VO teachers and interns from NHL-Stenden. BOOST provides a quiet place and support in small groups. The young people themselves tell us what they want to work on. For example, getting an overview, learning to plan, help with certain school subjects and/or study skills.

We are located in the Dyk, Zamenhof and community centre Bilgaard and work together with the care coordinators of the schools the children come from.

When does it take place:

1x2 times a week

Monday, 15:00-16:30

Tuesday, 15:00-16:30

Wednesday, 15:00-16:30
