Hang-Aut activities for people with ASD
Hang-Aut is aimed at adults with a form of autism who fancy a fun evening. Anyone aged 18 and over is welcome. Participants come from all over Friesland.
Why Hang-Aut?
Hang-Aut is the ideal activity if you have a diagnosis on the autism spectrum. During the activities, you can connect with other participants and volunteers in an approachable way in a safe, autism-friendly environment.
A team of enthusiastic and regular volunteers organises an activity once a month. Sometimes indoors the other time outdoors.
Examples of activities include bowling, go-karting or eating together!

How do I register?
You can sign up for our email list. All you have to do is send an e-mail to: hang-aut@humanitas-leeuwarden.nl.
You will receive an invitation for each activity. The invitation will tell you how to sign up for the activity.
There is no obligation; you join the activity that appeals to you. The cost of an activity is mentioned in the invitation and is kept as low as possible.
