Back at large after detention.
Now what?
After a period of detention, you are free again. And when you are free, there is often a lot to sort out, but you don't have to do it alone.
A volunteer from Solidair Friesland can help you.

Among other things, the volunteer can help you with:
- Going through your post;
- Supporting difficult conversations;
- Filling in forms;
- Just listening to you;
- Walking together or drinking coffee;
- Finding work;
- Making new friends.
Could you use some help from a volunteer?

If so, tell a member of the Neighbourhood Team
of Amaryllis. He/she will then arrange an appointment for you.
Particulars:
Should the local resident (ex-prisoner) be interested in a buddy.
Then the Amaryllis staff member, the local resident can register via mef@solidairfriesland.nl
An intake then takes place, attended by local resident, Amaryllis employee and MEF (Maatjes Ex-prisoners Friesland) project coordinator.
