Digi walk-in
At the digital walk-in you can walk in with questions about your iPad, Android tablet, smartphone or computer without an appointment. You can exchange handy facts with each other. Moreover, our volunteers will help you with all kinds of questions on various topics. For example:
- online banking assistance
- sign up for online courses
- handling your ov-chip card
- tips and tricks for your phone
- downloading an app
- help with word processing
- safely on the web: how to set up your virus scanner firewall
- and much more.
For whom:
The digital drop-in session is particularly useful if you’ve already picked up some basic computer and internet skills. Would you like to work on these basic skills first? Why not take part in the free 'Learning to Use a Computer' course at dbieb. This is a free course that you can take at your own pace. Once you’ve completed the course, you’ll be able to get started on your own, and you can always visit the digital drop-in centre for help and guidance.
