Partner loss support group
Do you ever talk to anyone else about your loss?
Losing a partner is a life-changing experience. You may find that you feel the need to share your story, but aren’t quite sure with whom. That is why Amaryllis, in collaboration with Sichtpunt – the centre for life’s big questions in Friesland – is organising a support group specifically for people who have lost their partner.
In this group, you’ll meet others who have been through the same experience. Under professional guidance, you’ll talk to others in a similar situation about topics such as: what is grief, really? What gives you strength? How do you deal with reactions from those around you? And how do you move forward?
Practical information:
The ‘Loss of a Partner’ Support Group consists of six sessions. Participation is free of charge.
There are two intake dates each year: in the spring and in the autumn.
