  • Our goal
    Everything SchuldHulpMaatje does is aimed at reaching people with (imminent) debt early and offering help via the internet and with trained volunteers, who can expertly and personally help them towards a debt-free life. Guidance on behavioural change and financial self-sufficiency are central to this.
  • The vision of SchuldHulpMaatje
    Charity is our foundation and the gospel our inspiration. This means that every person deserves attention and (if necessary) care and support. With our SchuldHulpMaatje approach, we want to make a structural contribution to solving the increasing debt problems. This approach, which complements regular debt assistance, is based on cooperation with governments and civil society organisations. The culture within SchuldHulpMaatje is characterised by our core values. These values are expressed in the basic attitude of the Buddies, the coordinators, the national and local administrators and the staff of the National Service Point.
