Ukrainian reception centre ’Oer ’t Hout’ in Grou

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers for the Ukrainian reception centre, Oer ’t Hout, in Grou. Everyone is very welcome to sign up.

We are looking for people who would like to help with, for example:

• Organising and supervising activities:
  • Children’s activities,
  • Language lessons,
  • Activities for adults.
• Organising a walking tour of Grou
• Leading the city walk
• Support behind the ‘Meedoen’ desk

Any help is welcome. Volunteering can be arranged flexibly, depending on your availability and interests.

The coordinator will provide you with guidance, and you can always turn to them if you run into any difficulties. Volunteer meetings will be organised, during which we’ll review our work, but also carry out tasks and exercises together. You’ll also receive a T-shirt from us, so you’ll be clearly visible!
