Nanny wanted for Eritrean and Arab mothers group meetings
Description
Humanitas Leeuwarden is looking for three lovely volunteers who would like to babysit a small group of children aged 1 to 4. During these mornings, the mothers participate in parent meetings for Eritrean and Arab newcomers. Together with another volunteer, you make sure the children have a nice, safe place to play.
What will you do?
- Playing together, reading aloud and guiding the children
- Ensuring a warm and safe atmosphere
- Giving attention to children who sometimes speak only their mother tongue
- The meetings take place on Wednesday mornings from 09.30 to 12.00 at the Dbieb in Leeuwarden, once every 14 days with the exception of school holidays. The children are looked after in a separate room, close to their mothers.
