Escorting clients to outpatient visits Frisius

Description

Noorderbreedte rehabilitation specialises in rehabilitation care for mainly elderly people. People stay here temporarily after e.g. an operation, an accident or because they have had a stroke. The aim of the stay is to rehabilitate as best as possible, and to this end, residents visit various therapists on the premises every day. For example, ergo- and/or physiotherapy. They can also go to sports and games activities. They also still have to return to the hospital regularly for check-up appointments, dyalise or other appointments. Most residents cannot go there independently from their rooms, so volunteers are needed to accompany them. The volunteer's task is mainly to pick up and take away clients to outpatient visits at the affiliated hospital Frisius. The volunteers will clearly be given a list at the start that includes the residents, their rooms, the times and locations they need to go to. Your working hours are by mutual agreement.
