hosts | hostesses for the weekends

What will you do?For our Leeuwarden branch, we are looking for hosts / hostesses for weekends. 
You are attentive to visitors, welcoming them upon entry and showing visitors the way in dbieb. Customers can call on you if they need help with the self-service equipment.

 For example, when handing in and borrowing materials, paying and making copies or printing.

If customers find it difficult to look up a title in the catalogue, you help them do so; for all other catalogue questions, you refer them to a colleague. You provide information about dbieb (and its activities), you ensure an attractive presentation of the collection and you keep dbieb neat and tidy.

• Open, friendly and representative in nature. 
• You connect easily, are a real collaborator and enjoy helping people (on their way).
• You speak the Dutch language and can understand Frisian.
• During dbieb's opening hours, you will be available at least one half-day per weekend.
• Working with computers is not a problem for you and you also enjoy participating in training.
• Finally, you live in Leeuwarden or immediate surroundings, you are available for a fixed part of the day each weekend, but you also like to fill in at other times.
