Groundskeeper/gardener animal shelter

Animal shelter De Wissel in Leeuwarden takes in stray and abandoned animals. The shelter employs five staff members. Furthermore, the shelter is fortunately supported by many volunteers, whom we desperately need.

To maintain the grounds around the Wissel, we are looking for a volunteer for mornings. Days in consultation. Maintaining the grounds consist of; mowing, hoeing, pruning trees, keeping access road weed-free, etc.

You usually work in a friendly team with other volunteers.
