Board member with secretariat portfolio

Humanitas Leeuwarden is looking for a board member who wants to commit to a society where people are there for each other.Are you socially involved, a real connector and do you want to contribute to the direction of our organisation? Are you enthusiastic, meticulous and reliable? If so, we would like to start a conversation together.

As secretary:

• Think about the strategy and direction of our department;
• Represent Humanitas Leeuwarden inside and outside the organisation;
• Work with an enthusiastic team of volunteers and professionals;
• Prepare meetings and take care of reporting and archiving;
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail/email from/for the board.

• You have a heart for the issues we work on: loneliness, parenting, growing up, loss, detention and poverty and debt;
• You are sociable, communicative, meticulous and organisationally strong;
• You are available for one half-day a week;
• Administrative experience is a plus as is living in the municipality of Leeuwarden.Enthusiastic, meticulous and reliable.
