Important for finding one or more volunteers:

• Be clear about the work
• Make sure the work is manageable
• Do you need a lot of help and does it cost someone a lot of time? Then see if you can spread the work among more volunteers
• Don't do what someone else is already doing! Have you checked if there is already a suitable offer?

I am looking for volunteers for my organisation/voluntary initiative

Step 1: Through the job board, you can create an organisation. Note: Not sure if your organisation is already registered? Then check this organisational overview. If it is already there, then your organisation has login details. No idea who has it? Leave it our know and we will be happy to help you!
Step 2: Once the organisation profile is in place, you can post vacancies. Important tip: To ensure that potential volunteers are interested in the vacancies, it is important to create a good vacancy text that excites, provides clarity, is easy to read and understand. Check here the tips!
Step 3: The job posting is online. Now interested parties can respond directly. Hopefully it will now come to a nice interview soon. Will the volunteer start working? Great!
