A Neighbourhood Service Point is a low-threshold drop-in point where residents can go for all questions regarding living, working and welfare. This may include advice and information in the field of the WMO, help in filling in forms, handling letters from the government, help with administration and in the field of benefits and income-enhancing measures and where referrals are made to other welfare organisations. There is cooperation with the social neighbourhood teams. Walk-in consultations are held at around 12 locations of the social neighbourhood teams in Leeuwarden. We are looking for new volunteer client advisers for the neighbourhood service points in Leeuwarden's districts. Client advisers support residents with their questions in all kinds of areas. This includes activities such as providing support when applying for benefits and allowances.

For our customers, you are the business card of our organisation. What is the job description of a Taxi Driver - Passenger Transport? A Passenger Transport driver is responsible for: transporting people as efficiently, safely and comfortably as possible providing an excellent service to travellers ensuring proper travel preparation; carrying out taxi rides on time and correctly; checking before departure and when leaving the vehicle; cleaning and refuelling the vehicle; reporting any problems or areas for improvement to dispatchers. What is your profile? preferably in possession of your own car (reimbursement for use of car costs and petrol reimbursement) and preferably in possession of a valid Chauffeur Card Taxi (full); at least 1 year driving experience, driving licence B and excellent driving record; flexible and service-oriented attitude thorough geographical knowledge of the Friesland region; a friendly, customer-oriented but above all respectful and correct attitude towards customers; Diploma in Social Skills or willing to obtain this (possibility to obtain here) Diploma in Target Group Transport or willing to obtain this (possibility to obtain here) Certificate "Life-saving action" or willing to obtain it (possibility to obtain it here) Training "Dialysis patient transport" (possibility to obtain it here) Work duties?
