PLEASE NOTE! This training consists of one physical training day with a preparatory assignment that you must complete at home beforehand. You will receive this assignment two weeks before the training date. The confidential advisor (VCP) offers members, volunteers and others the opportunity to talk in confidence about inappropriate behaviour such as bullying, discrimination or sexual harassment. The VCP will talk to the victim or accused and investigate where the person in question can go for help and what possible steps can be taken. In addition, the VCP helps the board to prevent inappropriate behaviour within the organisation on the basis of the policy.
